When will my order arrive?
In stock and case lots are processed within 2 business days, special order items may take up to 5 business days to process we shipped UPS Ground can arrive in as few as 3 days to as long as 12 business days. Please call 814-371-8665 before ordering if you need items shipped UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS 3 Day Select. For your scheduled delivery date please use the UPS tracking number that will be emailed to you when your order ships.
I am trying to order more than one of a particular item but it won't let me.
The website will only let you order the amount that we currently have in stock. Use our Contact Us page to let us know how many of the item that you need and when you need them by, and we will do what we can to get them to you.

Most out of stock items should be back in stock within 1-2 weeks. If you need several of a particular item or need them sooner, contact us and we may be able to special order the item or pull it from one of our store shelves.
